An excellent addition to meadow plantings, this striking perennial provides nectar-rich, bi-colour blooms all summer long. Bumblebees, butterflies, and hummingbirds always seem to stop by for a kiss. Deer, however, show very little interest, making Salvia ‘Hot Lips’ a great choice for an unfenced garden.

Very drought tolerant once established.
Soil
Prefers well draining average to sandy low fertility soils.
